Our first family photos were a success thanks to our wonderful photographer, Crystal McGuire. I can't wait to see the pictures. Jennifer was her usual, take control, self.
She ordered us around letting us know how SHE wanted us positioned. The good news is that for a little while she was actually willing to agree with Crystal. But when Jennifer was finished listening to her there was no convincing this little girl to cooperate. Another one of the joys of Down syndrome.
Jennifer has an amazing ability to stand her ground. Call it stubbornness or determination. Either way, she knows what she wants and will let nothing stand in her way.
