This weekend we decided to have some of our family and friends over for oysters. While everyone enjoyed the time together, I don't think there was anyone that enjoyed the oysters like our little girl. Jennifer was very excited about our oyster time.
When I began cleaning them Friday evening, she decided that she couldn't wait for our guests to arrive before she began eating. So, she grabbed an oyster and headed over to Daddy Nick to have it opened. She immediately devoured it raw and ran back to me for another!
As we began steaming, Jennifer grabbed oysters as quickly as we could get them opened and was very happy to showoff her love for this sea creature. I have never seen a child like to eat something that looks so nasty. But I'm thrilled that she has no fear when it comes to food!
